"Good but the app has troubles"
Great service. Easy to set up, easy to use, the extension works as expected but the app is horrendous. Fails to connect a lot of the time so I have resorted to using just the extension on my browser.

"Easiest to use VPN"
I have tried several private VPNs and they all cost about the same price and provide similar service. What I like about tunnel bear besides the cute little logo is their simplicity. Takes literally a few seconds to install and use on iOS android and windows. It does lose connection now and then but all of them do... at least here you get to hear a bear sound.
